Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Unblocked, Inc. ("Unblocked", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Unblocked website, dashboard, proxy network and free tools (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by anyone you share credentials with.
2. The Service
Unblocked provides dedicated ISP and residential proxy access, sold per IP or per GB of bandwidth, plus a set of free network diagnostic tools. Access is prepaid — there is no recurring subscription unless you explicitly opt into one for a specific product. Unused balances don't expire on their own; see our refund policy for what happens if you want your money back instead.
We aim for the uptime and latency figures published on the site, but the Service is provided without a guaranteed service-level agreement unless you have a separate signed agreement with us that says otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service, including everything you route through our IPs, is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a violation of that policy, without a refund of any balance obtained through the violation.
4. Payment and billing
Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page and may change at any time; a change doesn't affect a balance you've already paid for. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including major cards and select cryptocurrencies. You're responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
5. Your account
Keep your password and API credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity that occurs under your account whether or not you authorized it, except where that activity results from our failure to secure the Service. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and documentation, belongs to Unblocked, Inc. or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any target site will remain reachable through our network — third-party anti-bot and anti-fraud systems change constantly and are outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unblocked, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Unblocked, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for a violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification — do.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
