Acceptable use policy
This policy sets the rules for what you can route through the Unblocked network. It's part of our Terms of service. A violation can mean immediate suspension, termination without refund, and — for anything illegal — cooperation with law enforcement.
1. What this network is built for
Unblocked is built for automation operators: sneaker and drop monitoring, ticketing, running multiple accounts across ad-tech and marketplace platforms, web scraping, SEO and SERP tracking, and ad verification. If what you're doing looks like one of those, it's almost certainly fine.
2. Always prohibited
Regardless of product or plan, you may never use Unblocked to:
- Attack infrastructure — denial-of-service, port scanning without authorization, or any attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to a system you don't own or aren't contracted to test.
- Attempt credential stuffing, account takeover, or brute-forcing authentication.
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or run a botnet.
- Send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or engage in click fraud or ad-fraud that defrauds an advertiser or platform.
- Access, generate, store or distribute child sexual abuse material, or facilitate the sexual exploitation of anyone.
- Facilitate human trafficking, or engage in stalking, harassment or doxxing of an individual.
- Infringe someone else's intellectual property, or route traffic for terrorism, weapons trafficking or other serious criminal activity.
- Evade a law enforcement investigation or a sanctions regime.
This list isn't exhaustive — the underlying rule is: don't use Unblocked for anything illegal, and don't use it to cause harm to a third party's systems or people.
3. Residential pool fair use
Residential IPs are drawn from a shared peer network. Don't run a single sustained connection against one residential IP in a way that degrades it for other customers, and don't use the residential pool to route traffic on behalf of a third party who isn't your own customer under a resale agreement with us.
4. Respecting target sites
You're responsible for your own compliance with the terms of service of any site you access through Unblocked, and for any consequences — including IP bans on our shared pools — that result from how you use them. We reserve the right to restrict traffic to a specific target if it's degrading the network for other customers, independent of any AUP violation.
5. Enforcement
We investigate abuse reports and automated fraud signals. Depending on severity we may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate an account, and a termination for an AUP violation is not eligible for a refund under our refund policy.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe Unblocked traffic is being used against you or your systems, email [email protected] with timestamps, the IP involved and relevant logs, and we'll investigate.
